What you share.
The interest form collects your name and email, any company name and message you choose to provide, whether you request a demo, and your permission to be contacted. We also record the time of that permission and the version of this notice. The form is optional; please do not include sensitive personal information.
Why we use it.
We use your details to respond to your interest in Hyperion, discuss your workflow and arrange a demo if requested. We rely on your consent for this contact. Registering interest does not subscribe you to a general newsletter, create an account or make a purchase. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us; this does not affect processing that took place before withdrawal.
Where it goes.
Interest registrations are stored in a private Cloudflare D1 database accessible to authorised project administrators. They are not published or sold. Cloudflare hosts the website and processes connection information to deliver it and help protect it from abuse. Its infrastructure and subprocessors may process information internationally; see Cloudflare's privacy policy and data processing terms for details and transfer safeguards. Email enquiries are also handled by the providers used to deliver email.
How long we keep it.
Registrations expire one year after the most recent submission and are removed from the active database by a daily cleanup. We can remove your registration earlier on request. Deleted records may remain temporarily in Cloudflare's recovery backups until those backups expire. If an enquiry becomes an ongoing customer or contractual relationship, we will explain any separate retention arrangements.
Cookies and connection data.
The website does not set advertising cookies or use advertising trackers. The registration form does not save your details in browser storage. Cloudflare may process your IP address and request metadata for delivery and security. The registration endpoint uses a hash of your IP address for short-lived rate limiting; the address and hash are not stored with your registration. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives connection information when your browser requests them.
Your choices and rights.
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, withdraw consent, and request restriction or a portable copy where applicable. Email shrike@hyperionmxl.com using the address associated with your registration so we can identify it. We may need proportionate verification before acting. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office or your local supervisory authority.
Changes to this notice.
We will update this page if our use of information changes. The date above identifies this version. We do not make automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects from interest registrations.
